When we decided to sell our house, my wife insisted that Rachel Cope must be our agent. Well today I am really glad I took her advice. From the beginning, Rachel was simply the best. Then, she negotiated with the sellers to get us the best possible price, and succeeded in closing the deal below the asking price. She recommended an inspector for the inspection and took care of all the necessary documentation.
She even of her own accord, arranged for insurance on our new house. Now if that is not five star service, then I don’t know what is!
I hope I don’t have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely use Rachel again as our agent.
